Youth Training

Xtreme Xplosion offers individual, group, and team training throughout the year. Clients will learn running techniques that will improve their running style, speed, and agility. They will learn the importance of weight training and the proper way to lift weights. Those who are too young for weights will participate in other exercises to increase their strength. Agility drills will also be incorporated in workouts. In addition to the physical aspect of training, personal experiences and strategies will be shared to further prepare them for their athletic endeavors; as we all know, sports is not all physical, but mental also.
