This is a program for athletes that want to enhance their speed and for those who are still competing in summer track meets. It is a 4-week program that includes a sound training regimen guaranteed to improve your running ability. Whereas other summer track camps are only for one week, the goal of our 4-week program is to create muscle memory and correct bad habits. Speed and the ability to run correctly is a process; it is not going to happen overnight, or in one week, but given several weeks, the body begins to adjust and adapt to the training which, in turn, starts the genesis of a better athlete/runner. The program also helps participants understand the importance of nutrition and hydration. With informative sessions covering speed, plyometrics, endurance, and how to maximize your potential, this program provides one-on-one coaching to bring out the best in each participant.
