Xtreme Xplosion's General Athletic Condition program is geared to keep athletes in the best shape ever, year round.

Summer Conditioning

just before you enter your fall sport. It is a high intensity program that entails multiple drills to develop quickness, speed, and endurance. Here, the group will be outdoors at all times, participating in field and hill workouts. Our goal is to teach the athlete to learn how to deal with the elements and continue to keep focus on the task at hand. Once you leave this program, you will have conquered the ability to think when you are tired while continuing to perform at your best, and you will be in phenomenal shape mentally and physically.

Winter Conditioning

Xtreme Xplosion's Winter Conditioning is a program designed to enhance off-season conditioning. Aimed to teach and prepare individuals or teams for their spring sport, it focuses on improving reaction times, speed, agility, conditioning, and running form.
